The SUPMÉCA engineers are specialists of industrial systems, transport, production and energy management.
A versatile profile coupled with a strong scientific culture gives them access to a wide range of positions in diversified industries such as: aeronautics, transportation, energy, luxury, services...
Throughout the three-year curriculum at SUPMECA, the students are involved in a project development process representing a one-year internship: the students seize this opportunity to base and develop their professional project on their scientific culture, operational and non-operational know-how and abilities in compliance with the demand of the industrial world.
When they graduate, our students have already acquired a significant professional experience together with a strong scientific culture.
In a context of globalization, all students need to be prepared to work in different and diversified cultural environments. To do so, SUPMECA encourages all of its students to acquire an international experience. Our students can then spend from 6 to 24 months abroad through a study period or an internship.
Students also have the possibility to take part in international collaborative engineering projects.
The research activity carried out at LISMMA, the SUPMECA Research Laboratory, focuses on mechanical systems engineering. The research carried out covers various fields such as mechanical engineering, mechanics, mechatronics and industrial engineering.
The LISMMA laboratory carries out research on materials, mechanical design, logistic systems, tribology, noise and vibration.
